Del Monte are an international FMCG brand that focus on the quality of their fruit, vegetables, juices and other food products. When thinking about Del Monte, tinned pineapples probably spring to mind, but with their social media they wanted to show their audience that they had much more to offer.

Writing for their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts was a welcome challenge as they cover Europe and so colloquialisms or language too region specific needed to be avoided. Taking into account content pillars, social posts included recipe ideas, fitness, wellness and family meal times. #fruitfunfridays competitions involved replacing different topics such as film names with fruits, like ‘The Chronicles of Banania’, were popular and always fun to write!
